Online versions of the Alaska Statutes are kept relatively current by the Alaska Legal Resource Center and the Alaska Legislature.

Orders issued by the Office of the Governor

  • Alaska Executive Orders. Orders issued by the governor under the authority of Article III, Sec. 23, of the Alaska Constitution, which provides for "changes in the organization of the executive branch or in the assignment of functions among its units which [the governor] considers necessary for efficient administration." Word-searchable "infobase" from the Alaska Legislature.
  • Administrative orders. Issued under authority of Alaska statutes.

Alaska Administrative Code
Regulations promulgated by executive branch agencies.

Online Public Notice System
The online public notice system replaced the Alaska Administrative Journal in providing notice of proposed and final changes to the Alaska Administrative Code, executive orders, attorney general opinions, competitive solicitations, and other timely information from executive branch agencies.

  • Alaska Administrative Journal. Archive site for 1986-2000 issues of the Alaska Administrative Journal. Effective May 12, 2000, the AAJ was eliminated and replaced with the Online Public Notice System.

Alaska Administrative Manual
A guide for state employees to conducting the State of Alaska's business, this manual compiles policy statements concerning the internal operations of state government.
