Alaska Rules of Court
The Alaska Rules of Court are rules established by the Alaska Supreme Court, under the authority of the Alaska Constitution, for the administration of all courts in Alaska, as well as practice and procedure in civil and criminal cases. The Alaska Supreme Court has also established rules for the practice of law in Alaska and procedural rules for children's matters, probate, and appeals. Rules are available as compressed Word 97 files; some are also available in HTML or Acrobat PDF format.
