Volunteers of America-Alaska (VOA) is a subcontractor awarded a grant from the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) to implement environmental strategies designed to reduce youth access to and consumption of alcohol. The Justice Center will work with VOA to satisfy grant evaluation requirements set forth by SAMHSA.
