The purpose of this study is to measure and analyze the caseload/workload of Juvenile Probation Officers (JPO) in rural and urban Alaska to assess resource needs in order to adequately meet the minimum Probation standards, continue developing and enhancing system improvements, and to fully implement the restorative justice field probation service delivery model.
