The goal of this project is to provide an impact evaluation of the East
Anchorage Weed and Seed Initiative. The project will use a pre/post quasi-experimental
design by comparing pre-initiative levels of crime, job climate, and perceptions
of fear of criminal victimization and quality of life with current levels
in both the Weed & Seed area and a comparable area adjacent to and south
of the Weed & Seed area.
