Abstract: Produced for the Alaska Court System, this videotape presents the speech made to defendants at criminal arraignments, covering a defendant’s rights protections within the criminal process. The presentation was taped in the Bethel, Alaska courthouse, in Yup’ik, for use in those Alaska courts in which defendants often speak Yup’ik as their primary language.
