Spring Creek Correctional Center is located in Seward, a small community with limited access to the college-level education courses. At the request of the Department of Corrections, the Justice Center conducted a survey of the educational attainment and objectives to determine the nature and level of interest in continuing education on the part of Spring Creek employees.
