Under five related projects, the Alaska Justice Statistical Analysis Unit (SAU) submitted Offender-Based Transaction Statistics (OBTS) derived from the PROMIS system of the Alaska Department of Law and submitted it under the Bureau of Justice Statistics OBTS program. OBTS data facilitate research on how felony offenders are processed from arrest to sentencing within state criminal justice systems. The OBTS program has been discontinued.
