![]() Press Release August 11, 2000 Professor Robert Langworthy, Director of the Justice Center at the University of Alaska Anchorage, has accepted a fourteen-month appointment as Director of the Crime Control and Prevention Division in the National Institute of Justice, the research arm of the U.S. Department of Justice. The division administers national research grants in the areas of policing, crime prevention and crime mapping.
