The Justice Center will conduct a derived importance-performance analysis and a trend analysis on data from the 2006, 2007, 2008, and 2009 Mat-Su Community Surveys. The derived importance-performance analysis will identify which measures of citizen satisfaction are most importance by regressing them against another measure of overall satisfaction. The trend analysis will look at trends in each of the 134 variables that can be compared across at least three consecutive years of the Mat-Su Community Survey.
